We accept returns only if:

🚫 We Do Not Accept Returns For:

  • Change of mind after receiving the product

  • Minor color variations (due to lighting or screen differences)

  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery

  • Cosmetic or personal care products once opened or used (for hygiene reasons)

🕒 Return Window

You must request a return within 3 days of receiving the product.
After 3 days, we cannot process return or refund requests.

🔄 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • You must provide photos or video proof showing the issue

  • The product must be returned in the same condition as received

💵 Refund Process

  • For valid returns, we offer a replacement or refund (based on product availability)

  • Refunds are sent via bKash/Nagad after we receive and inspect the returned item

  • Cash refunds are not available since we use COD

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost

  • If the issue is not due to our fault, return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility

  • Orders refused upon delivery without valid reason may result in a ban from future purchases

  • Trendofox reserves the right to deny a return or refund if the product doesn't meet the return conditions
