  • We only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) – no advance payments are required.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver all over Bangladesh.

  • Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • You must be available at the given address to receive and pay for your order.

  • Refusing to accept a confirmed order may result in being restricted from future purchases.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • You may request a return or replacement within 3 days of receiving the product if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • To be eligible, the product must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging.

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
